Coming from a 15+ year background in design and marketing, I didn’t enter real estate in the easiest of markets. I became a full-time Realtor® in 2009, during one of the most challenging real estate markets in decades. Since then, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of real estate markets through changing interest rates, shifting buyer behavior, economic uncertainty, and even a pandemic. Those years taught me that experience matters. Markets change. Strategies change. What doesn’t change is the importance of understanding the market and knowing how to adapt.
